PC (Windows) is the primary target. Platform expansion will be evaluated post-launch depending on technical feasibility and community demand.
Both. You can hunt alone or crew up with up to three friends. The game runs on dedicated servers shared with other hunters — you will encounter rival crews in the world whether you venture out alone or with a full crew.
Both — but on a timer. The world is PvE by default: you hunt monsters, retrieve artifacts, and compete with rival crews for the same objectives. PvP is enabled server-wide during Blood Hunt windows, which are triggered at randomized intervals. The environment, the bosses, and — when the Hunt is active — every other hunter on the server are all threats.
No. Competitive integrity is a foundational design principle. Fixed HP, identical weapon damage within archetypes, and server-authoritative systems mean your skill and loadout decisions — not your wallet — determine outcomes.
No release date has been announced. Development is ongoing and we build in public via the devlog. Join the wishlist to be notified when alpha access opens.
Yes, planned. Wishlist members will receive priority invitations for early access and closed beta phases. Details to be announced.
Unity 6 (Universal Render Pipeline) with Netcode for GameObjects for the multiplayer layer.
The game takes place across distinct Dread Realms, each accessible via in-world portals. Every realm has its own supernatural biome, environmental hazard system (heat, cold, poison), and ancient history. Moving between realms while carrying high-value artifacts draws attention from every other hunter on the server.
Blood Hunts are server-wide windows of open PvP triggered at randomized intervals. Outside of a Blood Hunt, the world is PvE — you are competing with other crews but not actively fighting them. When a Blood Hunt is declared, all bets are off. When it ends, the uneasy calm returns. The intervals are deliberately unpredictable. You will never know exactly when the next one begins.
