Account & Access
If you cannot log in, try resetting your password via the sign-in page.
If your account was linked to Twitch and you have lost access, contact us directly with your registered email.
Account suspensions can be appealed via the contact form — include your username and a brief explanation.
Technical Issues
Dread Realms is currently in pre-release development. Bugs and instability are expected.
If you encounter a reproducible issue, please report it using the contact form below with as much detail as possible — platform, steps to reproduce, and what you expected to happen.
Performance issues during the demo phase should be reported with your hardware specs included.
Community & Moderation
To report a player for conduct violations, use the contact form and select 'Player Report' as the subject.
Moderation decisions can be appealed — we review all appeals manually.
For urgent safety concerns, include 'URGENT' in your message subject.
General Enquiries
